DIY Sea Salt Hairspray

Asset 2

You don’t have to spend all day at the beach to catch some waves - in your hair, that is. Use our easy recipe for DIY sea salt spray to give your hair some natural body and curl without adding any damaging heat. Not only will this make your hair look great, but it even acts as a bonus leave-in conditioner. Double-whammy.

Step 1: In a bowl combine the pomade, leave-in conditioner, coconut oil, argan oil, sea salt, and finally the hot water. Stir until thoroughly combined.

Step 2: Grab a spray bottle and funnel the sea salt mixture inside. Screw the top back on the bottle and shake it up!

Step 3: Finish it off with a cute label and get ready to make some waves!

Once your sea salt spray is all mixed up, give your hair a generous spritz and scrunch. The more you add, the more textured your hair will become. Keep scrunching and then air dry for a natural wavy hairstyle that will make you feel like you just got back from a morning surf session.
