This fringe skirt is super modern, but also has a kind of vintage flapper vibe. It’s a super easy upcycle you can do in just a few minutes. Another fashion-forward DIY from Miss Kris!
Step 1: Turn your skirt inside out.
Step 2: Measure and cut enough fringe to go around the circumference.
Step 2: Hot glue the hemmed edge of the fringe around the inside hem of your skirt.
Once the glue is dry, strut your fabulous, fringed, fashionable stuff, girl! How easy was that?!
