It takes less than 5 minutes to whip up these 3 amazing gourmet popcorn recipes by using just a few fresh ingredients tossed in with your bowl of go-to plain microwave popcorn. Your movie night just got a whole lot more delicious!

Herbed Truffle Popcorn

1. Melt 1/4 cup butter and toss to coat popcorn. Sprinkle truffle salt and a dash of pepper over the top. Finally, add some fresh herbs! We used torn basil, but you could easily swap for chopped fresh rosemary, parsley, or thyme. Pretty much any fresh herb is gonna taste amazing next to the truffle salt!

Sriracha Lime Popcorn

1. Melt 1/4 cup butter. Stir in juice from 1 lime and 1 tablespoon of siracha sauce. Toss to coat popcorn. Top it off with chopped, fresh cilantro! Feel free to adjust sriracha depending on how spicy you like your popcorn to be.

Salted Caramel Popcorn

1. This one takes a bit longer, but it’s SO worth it! Melt 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 tsp baking soda, and 1 tsp salt. Stir continuously as it melts. It’ll fizz a bit because of the baking soda so don’t worry- that’s supposed to happen! Once all the ingredients are melted, fold in the popcorn. Stirring continuously to coat the popped kernels.

2. Remove from stove and spread popcorn on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350° for 5-10 minutes. Set aside to cool completely before serving.
