These ghost cupcake toppers are super simple. Just print out this template to create 24 toppers of your own.
Instructions:
Step 1
Download the template and print it out on heavy cardstock.
Step 2
Cut out the ghosts from the template.
Step 3
Attach the toothpicks to the reverse side of the ghosts using a dot of hot glue.
