Whether you’re a choc-o-holic, or a classic vanilla kinda gal, both of these recipes are super yummy, and super easy. Let the frosting begin!
Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
1. Mix butter and half confectioners sugar. Once that’s mixed, gradually add in the rest of the sugar.
2. Mix in milk, cocoa powder, espresso powder, vanilla extract till thoroughly combined, scraping the sides of the bowl with your spatula if needed.
Whipped Cream Frosting
1. Pour in whipping cream and beat on medium speed.
2. Add in powdered sugar and increase mixing speed to medium-high. Beat until cream becomes whipped and fluffy. Done!
