Turn your kitchen into a tiki lounge with this super simple 4 ingredient recipe for icy, refreshing, delicious (vegan) pineapple whip! You'll be ready to beat the heat in 30 seconds flat.

This simple recipe only uses 4 ingredients and a blender, no needless to say it’s crazy easy to make! It takes like pineapple ice cream while being an (almost) healthy vegan summer treat. Great for a backyard barbecue, lounging poolside, or just chillin’ on the couch on a hot day!

Vegan Pineapple Smoothie Whip

1. In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, banana, coconut milk, and powdered sugar.

Pulse, then puree until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and smooth.

3. Serve! Yup, that’s it.

sWe used edible flowers to decorate our pineapple whip which you can find in the fresh herb section at the grocery store. If you really wanna get fancy, you can buy a fresh pineapple fruit, cut it in half (leaving the top on!) and hollow it out like a bowl. Save the fruit for a snack and fill the “bowl” with your pineapple whip smoothie to serve! Add in a gold straw and you’re ready to sit back, relax, and enjoy your very own slice of tropical paradise right in your own backyard.
