Prince Louis was christened last Monday, and the official photos released from the event are truly stunning. The third child of Kate Middleton and Prince William, or the Duchess and Duke of Cambridge, looked adorable in white lace, while Kate wowed in a white Alexander McQueen dress and headpiece by Jane Taylor.

Four official portraits taken by world-famous portrait photographer, Matt Holyoak, were released from the christening, and each one is more picture-perfect than the last. Taken at Clarence House’s Morning Room following the baby’s baptism in the Chapel Royal at St. James Palace, the photos showcase the proud and happy brood smiling while surrounded by finery.

The entire family was included in the first photo, which features Kate, Will and their three children seated on a settee while the couple’s parents and siblings, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Pippa Middleton and James Matthews, James Middleton, Carole and Michael Middleton, and Prince Charles and Camilla stand around smiling cheerfully.

In the second photo, only Prince Charles, Camilla, Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and the three little ones, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, were featured. Markle looked stunning in a green Ralph Lauren dress and an elegant fascinator, while the men looked dashing in blue ties.

The third photo features just Prince William, Kate Middleton and the three children, aged four, three, and three months, with a simple backdrop. Kate looks down lovingly at her youngest, while Prince William and the other children smile at the camera.

The fourth photo shows Kate smiling at her little boy in the garden of Clarence House, beaming with pride.

Kensington Palace also recently released an additional photo of the beaming mother holding the laughing little prince. Kate looks radiant with her hair pulled back off her face to reveal a gorgeous pair of floral pearl stud earrings by British designer Cassandra Goad (for the record, the earrings cost over £4,000!)

“The Duke and Duchess hope that everyone enjoys this lovely photograph of Prince Louis as much as they do,” a rep for Kensington Palace captioned the sweet snap.

Kate wore white Alexander McQueen to the christenings of both her other children, and it’s not hard to see why the Duchess hasn’t broken tradition yet—the crisp and elegant style is definitely working for her!
