Kylie Jenner’s Bodyguard Puts Rumours That He’s Stormi’s Father to Rest

It seems like ever since Kylie Jenner gave birth to her daughter, Stormi Webster, on February 1 of this year, the new mom has been on cloud nine. Her Instagram is laden with adorable mom-and-baby photos featuring the chubby-cheeked newborn, and she’s taken to motherhood just as naturally as her sisters have.

And yet, the haters never fail to chime in just when everything seems to be falling into place. Last week, Internet trolls began comparing Stormi’s likeness to Kylie’s bodyguard, Tim Chung, suggesting that he was the real father of the three-month-old baby, instead of Kylie’s boyfriend, rapper Travis Scott.

In response to these rumours, Chung, who is a self-proclaimed ‘private person,’ despite his nearly 800,000 Instagram followers, released a statement on social media, which he captioned “my first and last comment”:

“I am a very private person and normally would never answer to gossip and stories that are so ridiculous that they are laughable. Out of deep respect for Kylie, Travis, their daughter together and their families, I would like to set the record straight and say that my interactions with Kylie and her family have been limited in a strictly professional capacity only. There is no story here and I ask that the media no longer include me in any narrative that is incredibly disrespectful to their family,” he wrote.

My first and last comment.

Chung’s statement leaves little room for argument, and yet, it’s not hard to see why Kylie’s followers jumped to the conclusion they did. The resemblance between Kylie’s daughter and her bodyguard is undeniable, and with his chiselled muscles and perfect bone structure, it wouldn’t be hard to imagine any woman falling for Chung—especially considering how much time the reality star must spend with her security team around the clock.

What’s good?

Despite the rumours, Kylie and Travis are still going strong. The new parents made their first red carpet appearance together at the Met Gala on May 7, where the 20-year-old beauty mogul wore a striking black Alexander Wang gown with a cut-out midriff, a velvet train and edgy zippers.

As usual, the Kardashian-Jenner clan is unfazed by the rumours swirling around them. Just in time for Mother’s Day, Kylie and her mother, Kris Jenner, just dropped the Kris Collection, which is (unsurprisingly) almost entirely sold out already. Haters, shmaters.
